Comments (English):
The hostel was surprisingly expensive and not worth the money, especially in comparison to other hostels I've stayed at in Canada. The beds didn't seem particularly clean and the rooms were quite rundown, dirty, and loud from the street noise. The Wifi was glacial and the printers did not function. The food options nearby were also quite limited. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and did their best.

Horrible! They said that we would have a shower included and we had a bathtub. gross. There was no heater either. So we were very upset and highly recommend to not stay here. We have traveled all over the world in hostels and never has such a bad time.

I rented in indetendt room none smoking .. would not recommend. Room stink as it was a smoking room. Window lock did for work. Mattress is the Lowes quality and was wrapped in a plastic as for elderly who might have an accident . I could not sleep all night. Price per night was close to $70...

Rude employees who obviously did not like their job and always avoided eye contact. Soap was piled on bathroom sinks and showers and fell into the sink and showers to be wasted. Early morning gentlemen spent halftime outside smoking which he called a Roma therapy. Same gentlemen stacked chairs in lobby so you couldn't use them stating he was vacuuming and would be complete in 15 minutes, only to return hours later and chairs and sand condition. During 90 to 100 degree weather, one 7 inch fan could barely keep one person aerated in eight person two room dormitory. If you stood at the front desk for only one minute you could hear the latest problem from another tenant.

This is definitely my worst hostelling experience ever.
1. The hostel said that their web site was a "partner" and wanted more money. A lot more money. Ended up being 20% more than advertised.
2. Did not have my reservation even though I booked through their home page.
3. Dirty. Even for hostel standards. Are you kidding me?
4. Hot. No air conditioning. Should have believed the reviews.
5. Staff was extremely rude.
Basically, if you've ever had bad experiences at hostels before, you would expect every one of them here.

Hotel/Hostel has potential to be best bargain value; but, not if you have chemical/synthetic fragrance allergy disabilities, which require fragrance free linens, bedding, towels, and safe chemical/fragrance free cleaning of room. Hotel left voicemail (proof of refusal) that they were refusing to accommodate disability. Due to blunt discrimination, this rating will be lowest on all factors because of unequal access, discrimination, and 100% inaccessibility for fragrance allergy/chemical sensitivity disabled class. Hopefully this review will help change hotel's standard discrimination policy against allergy disabled class of people.
