DURING THE SEASON: A 50% credit card deposit at time of booking guarantees your reservation (single night stays require full deposit). We will refund your deposit less a $30 fee in the event of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable.
HIGH SEASON: A full (100%) deposit by check or credit card at time of booking guarantees your reservation. Deposits for cancelled high-season reservations are non-refundable.
QUIET SEASON: A 50% credit card deposit at time of booking guarantees your reservation (single night stays require full deposit). We will refund your deposit less a $30 fee in the event of cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival. Deposits for reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Abbreviated stays (late check-ins/early check-outs) incur full charges for all nights originally reserved.
