· Admiral Nimitz Museum is on Main Street and features exhibits on World War II Pacific battles and restored rooms of the historic Nimitz Hotel.
· LBJ State & National Park is 16 miles east of Fredericksburg. Guided bus tours of the LBJ Ranchlands include LBJ’s birthplace and the Johnson Family cemetery.
· Enchanted Rock is the second largest granite structure in North America. The nearby park includes miles of scenic hiking trails and many lovely picnic areas.
· Local Vineyards are a wonderful excursion, offering wine tasting, cellar tours and a chance to buy fine Hill Country wines. |

Oak Grove Guest House must be given at least a 10-day notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival day, and then only a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. A charge equal to one-night's lodging will be made for cancellations less than 10 days of arrival. We do care about guests emergencies and weather related cancellations. Honest cancellations due to emergencies are considered and no fee assessed. |
