	We welcome friendly, well behaved, housebroken/crate trained dogs in our Kase Cottage with prior approval, daily fee and pet security deposit.

	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) 15 days prior to arrival for standard reservations. 30 days prior to arrival for reservations that fall over a Holiday, special event or single night weekend/holiday stays, when available. 2 nights are required for weekends and Holidays. $35 additional fee when we can accommodate single night weekend/holiday reservations. Additional fee and security required when accepting dogs in the Kase Family Cottage. Please inquire.
