The Highlands Inn serves a lesbian clientele. Located on 100 acres in New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains. the Highlands is known for its welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.

The White Mountains region is a major 4-season vacation destination. The fall foliage is world famous, and skiing and hiking are among the best in the country.

Same-sex marriage is legal in New Hampshire. Prior to legalization of same-sex marriage, the Highlands hosted hundreds of traditional commitment ceremonies and civil unions. Now that marriage is legal, several weddings are held at the Inn every month.

Location & Transportation

The White Mountains region of New Hampshire is a major year-round vacation destination. The Inn is located in Bethlehem, a charming small town, and is surrouned by many other delightful small towns, golf courses, ski resorts, etc.

  DirectionsThe Highlands Inn is on Valley View Lane, a coutry road running off Rte 302. The turn onto Valley View Lane is marked by The Highlands Inn sign next to Bethlehem Country Club golf course. Rte 302 is 2 miles east of I-93 Exit 40.

Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Highlands Inn.
Taxes: 9.00% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.
Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.

Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise)
An advance deposit is required on all reservations. The deposit will equal 1/2 of the total charge for the room.

Cancellation policy:

There is a $25 processing fee on ALL cancellations. The deposit less the $25 fee will be refunded on cancellations received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations received 7 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, we will gladly apply your deposit (less the $25 fee) towards a future stay if we are able to re-rent your room. If we are not able to re-rent your room, the deposit will be forfeited. For holiday periods, cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
