Overview

Stonover Farm is a 110-year-old Berkshire "cottage" which served as farmhouse to the Stonover Estate, and which has been renovated extensively to provide luxury quarters. The main house and Rock Cottage are now receiving guests who desire a unique Bed & Breakfast experience.

Since a "full house" is typically 6 or 8 guests, we are able to provide personal assistance, in order to assure the most enjoyable Berkshire experience possible.

The inn stands beside a spring-fed duck pond on 10 country acres with magnificent trees, lawns and forest, and yet it's just 7/10 of a mile from the Tanglewood main gate, and 2 miles from Lenox Village.

The Main House offers 3 luxury suites, and together with the 4-room Rock Cottage, sits on 10 open acres with a duck pond. The Main House has a formal entry foyer, living room with attached greenhouse, a well - stocked library, three working fireplaces, an information room with computer for guest use (high speed internet access, word processor and printer), a dining room, pantry , and sunny breakfast room overlooking the pond.

A full breakfast is served in the breakfast room or courtyard. Later in the afternoon guests enjoy wine, beverages and a selection of local and imported cheeses.
