All reservations are promises of payment in full unless canceled. Payment is due upon arrival, preferably in cash, Travelers or Personal Checks. We will accept Mastercard or Visa for the purpose of holding the room only.
CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations are subject to a $25 Surcharge. If a reservation is canceled 14 days in advance of arrival, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than 14 days notice, we will endeavor to rebook the room. If we do, we will return your deposit, less the $25 cancellation fee. If the room cannot be rebooked your deposit will be forfeited. |
